Model CF-1000 Centrifical Cap Feeder
Our cap feeders place the cap in the proper position before they are sealed onto cartons in liquid filling machines. Each unit is custom made utilizing the most current technologies:
- All stainless steel parts are laser cut for accuracy and quality.
- All parts are formed with precision urethane tooling to reduce finish marks.
- Tig welding is utilized to ensure the strongest and cleanest welds.
- Hand assembled one at a time

- Machines can be made with single or dual discharge lanes.
- Will orientate the caps flange up or flange down.
- 24" stainless steel casting for extend use.
- Can be customized with the motor of your choice.
- FDA approved.
We currently move several types of caps, including flip top, screw, and push pull.
Model CE-2000 Cap Elevator
Our cap elevator moves caps to the feeder systems for filling machines. These units have been placed into automotive plants, pharmaceutical plants, and liquid filling plants (for milk, orange juice, etc.). Each unit is custom made utilizing the most current technologies:
- All stainless steel parts are laser cut for accuracy and quality.
- All parts are formed with precision urethane tooling to reduce finish marks.
- Tig welding is utilized to ensure the strongest and cleanest welds.
- Hand assembled one at a time.
Specifications:
- Standard or wash-down motor.
- Belt speed, 40 feet per minute.
- Controls, optional.
- Adjustable legs.
- Clear lexan hopper cover.
- Accommodates caps 2.75" or smaller.
- 6 cubic feet parts hopper. (Can be customized)
- FDA approved.
Benefits:
- Height can be customized up to 14 feet tall.
- Vertical run can be customized and counterbalanced. If needed, it can be a separate conveyor supported by other means.
- Small foot-print. (Since our elevators elevate straight, not on an angle, they require less space.)

Model CB-3000 Cap Blower
Our cap blower moves caps to the feeder systems for filling machines. Like our elevator, it delivers caps, but by a different method. Each unit is custom made utilizing the most current technologies:
- All stainless steel parts are laser cut for accuracy and quality.
- All parts are formed with precision urethane tooling to reduce finish marks.
- Tig welding is utilized to ensure the strongest and cleanest welds.
- Hand assembled one at a time.
Specifications:
- Standard or wash-down motor.
- UL Class 2 filter or HEPA system in required.
- Controls, optional.
- Adjustable legs.
- Clear lexan hopper cover.
- 10 cubic feet parts hopper. (Can be customized)
- FDA approved.
Benefits:
- Can be placed off site to utilize space. (Clear tubing is run above and over to filler or destination.)

- Removable panels for easy access for cleaning.
